The Property
This unique home is located on a property the size of four lots, situated at the end of a quiet dead-end street. Surrounded on one side by Davis Cove and on another by Little Assawoman Bay, the house offers pristine water views from every living area and almost every bedroom. Located directly across the bay from a state wildlife refuge, it's a great spot for birders, wildlife fans, and boaters alike. You never have to leave the house to have a dream vacation.
Several kayaks and bikes are available for your use.

Who is Stella?
Stella's Cove is named for our labrador retriever, Stella, who loved to swim and chase birds in the cove behind the house. In her honor, we are pet-friendly! Please inquire for details.
Our Beach
The uncrowded, wide beach of Fenwick Island State Park, which allows dogs on a leash year-round, is a short walk or bike ride from the house (about three blocks). Permits for parking at the beach entrance are provided.
You'll never have to leave the house, but in case you do, there's plenty to do!
The town of Bethany Beach, DE offers a wide variety of family-friendly restaurants, tax-free shopping, a boardwalk and arcades, and of course Chief Little Owl.

Our neighborhood, Bay View Park, is just south of South Bethany and York Beach Mall, on the bay side.
The house is on Little Assawoman Bay and is a short walk (approx. 3 blocks) to the beach.
