The lower/ground level features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full bath attached, a living room with a bay view, a family room with a cove view, a spacious screened-in porch, a fully-stocked kitchen with counter seating for four, a dining room with seating for 8 to 10 (we squeeze 12 around the dining room table, additional dining chairs are in the closet), an adjacent breakfast nook with additional seating, and a powder room. A washer and dryer in the garage make it easy to toss in sandy bathing suits and towels.

The second level offers four more bedrooms configured as follows: 1) another master with a king-sized bed, attached bath with a very large, double shower, and a private sun deck overlooking the bay, 2) another large room with a king-sized bed and cove view, 3) 2 twins, and 4) 2 sets of bunks (4 singles). Finishing off the second level is another bath and a second laundry room.
